The Ministry of Education has made consistent efforts to assess the state of higher education in the nation by conducting an annual web-based All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) since 2010-11. This comprehensive survey encompasses all educational institutions involved in higher education across the country. It gathers data on various crucial aspects, including teachers, student enrolment, programs, examination results, education finance, and infrastructure
Additionally, the AISHE data serves as a basis for calculating important indicators of educational progress such as Institution Density, Gross Enrolment Ratio, Pupil-teacher ratio, Gender Parity Index, and Per Student Expenditure. These indicators play a vital role in facilitating informed policy decisions and conducting research to foster the development of the education sector.
The college participates in the AISHE survey and ensures timely submission of relevant data.
