SC ST OBC Grievance Redressal Cell
SC, ST, OBC GREVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
In adherence to the directives of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the institution has established an internal committee tasked with overseeing complaints related to caste-based discrimination from students, faculty members, and non-faculty members belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities. The committee's primary responsibility is to ensure that individuals within the institution refrain from any discriminatory actions against members of the SC/ST/OBC communities based on their social origin. It is imperative that no faculty members, non-faculty members, or students engage in any form of discrimination against any community or category.
A Caste-Based Discrimination Redressal Cell in a college plays a crucial role in promoting inclusivity, diversity, and a discrimination-free environment. The objectives of such a cell are multifaceted, aiming to address and eliminate caste-based discrimination while fostering a culture of equality and respect. Here are some key objectives:

Educational Initiatives:

Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly monitor the college environment to identify potential instances of caste-based discrimination.
Prepare and publish periodic reports on the activities and outcomes of the redressal cell to promote transparency and accountability.
Continuous Improvement:
