This committee functions as a crucial bridge connecting students, teachers, and the college administration. Its primary goal is to promote and uphold the well-being of students by establishing a mechanism for addressing their grievances. Students are encouraged to bring forth any issues, disputes, complaints, or suggestions related to academics or the college environment. The committee pledges to maintain the confidentiality of students, fostering an environment where they can approach the grievance redressal cell without any apprehension.

The committee plays a pivotal role in  organizing various programs aimed at raising awareness among students about social, national, and environmental issues. Additionally, it contributes to maintaining a positive atmosphere and fostering strong relationships between students and faculty. The committee ensures swift and appropriate actions by liaising with faculty.

OBJECTIVES

A Grievance Redressal Cell in a college is typically established to address and resolve complaints or grievances raised by students, faculty, or staff. The primary goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling issues and maintaining a positive academic environment. The college forms a Grievance Redressal Cell, comprising faculty members.

MECHANISM
